About the game
Ambulance Rush is a racing game where you race through packed city streets to reach patients before the timer runs out. It’s all about quick reactions and driving skills as you weave through traffic and beat the clock.
How to play
Use the arrow keys or touch controls to steer and speed down the lanes. Tap the siren for a short boost and gently push past cars when the road gets tight. Dodge hard crashes, grab time bonuses, and make it to each patient before time hits zero—this fast, timer-based action also fits the speed vibe. Unlock new ambulances to get better speed and smoother handling.
Tip Use your boost on long straight stretches and switch lanes early to avoid getting trapped in traffic.
